An impassioned & seasoned crooner with an old soul. He found early in life that his musical passions lay with what he considers the best popular music on the planet, The Great American Songbook. And after 25 years performing, he's expanded his repertoire to over 300 songs known; mixing genre, artistry, and his love for entertainment - each song he makes his own. Using personal experience as his driving force.

His first professional gig was at 17 years young. Having sung in a plethora of venues from Cleveland to Los Angeles, California since, he continues to excite audiences and instill his passion for music in all who are a part of his charismatic performances. Phil can sing for any occasion and has; he can perform solo, with a big band, or anything in between. His classic stage presence and strong, mellow voice takes one back to a time when music was performed with emotion, elegance, and class. There simply aren't many entertainers like this anymore.
